DETERIORATION AND BLIGHT
The enforcement of traditional American Building, Safety, and zoning codes is what separates us from third world countries. Many middle class neighborhoods in Los Angeles have taken on the look of a third world country due to the lack of pro-active code enforcement and the L.A. City Council's misplaced  efforts to "Stamp out Blight."
